We want you to love your Everly Rings purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn jewelry. Our goal is to ensure your perfect fit and complete satisfaction with every piece you collect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the ring in its original velvet box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
